Toshiba SS1 is the first unit in a 4 part system for developing imaging system salespersons for Toshiba America Business Solutions. It covers the basic information that a new hire or veteran salesperson needs to know to effectively communicate Toshiba's excellent offerings in multi-function imaging systems including corporate history and structure, understanding of the market, strategies for selling and up-to-date product information (Interactive Product Matrix).
Working with VSGD, FGD helped develop the entire program, including script, design and programming. SS1 was initially developed for the english-speaking American market, and we have also localized it for Spanish-speaking markets in Central and South America.
